Two semi detached houses completely furnished This newly built house is situated in the village of Tzerova Korija – 15 km away from Veliko Tarnovo. Set close to the medieval capital of Bulgaria and at the foot of the Balkan mountain range, this place attracts with its natural beauty and calm rustic life. |

| The property consists of two twin houses with separate entrances. One house offers accommodation with possibility for self-catering to 4 people, possibly 6 if the sofa bed in the living room is also used. The lower floor of the house consists of fully equipped fitted kitchen, bathroom and toilet, boiler room and storage place. Internal wooden stairs lead to a living room with fireplace and a single bedroom on the middle level. The top floor offers two more bedrooms – single and double, shower room and toilet. Both houses have local electricity-fired heating systems. They are fully furnished and provided with bed linen, towels and accessories. There is a big garden with possibility for off-road parking as well. |

Traditional mountainous cottage hidden into Stara Planina foothills The cottage is located in the small hamlet of Zelenica containing uppermost 20 houses and just 1.5 km away from the historic town of Tryavna. Following a signed footpath one can reach, in just half an hour, Bojenci – a secluded ethnographic village which contains over 100 traditional style houses, wonderful village restaurants, museums and local crafts. Nature lovers can enjoy long walks through herb rich meadows surrounded by oak and beech woodland, with stunning views of the high Balkan mountain peaks. |

The cottage is just a short drive from Vielko Turnovo (35 minutes) and Gabrovo (20 minutes). However most of your daily needs can be provided for in Tryavna.
The area boasts one of the lowest rates of crime in the country and the people are both helpful and friendly

The house is finished in a traditional style with wooden floorboards, exposed beams, natural rock. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the rooms. There is spring water next to the house, some fruit trees in the garden and indeed many chances of seeing a rich diversity of flora and fauna just on your doorstep.

Smoking and pets are not allowed in the rooms. A 20 sq meter balcony area, with a traditional bar-b-que provides al fresco dining opportunities whilst appreciating the panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. There are walnut, cherry, and plum trees in the garden, nice song birds and red squirrels; indeed the area contains some of the most unspoilt countryside in Europe.
