For peace of mind regarding the security of your property in Bulgaria we recommend that you have insurance and a good security system. Bulgarian Property Management assists with the installation of security systems and payment of monthly fees. Where possible we prefer using the services of local police stations and signing security contracts with them. Your security system would be directly connected to the police station. The police are then obliged to come to your property within 5 minutes of the security system signal being activated. On your behalf we are also able to arrange insurance cover for your property.
