Property Management
| Bulgarian Property Management will perform a thorough monthly examination of the property to verify its integrity, inside and outside. Should any actions or repairs be needed we will arrange this on your behalf. In addition we will take care of paying all your utility and service bills and if necessary arrange for the annual audit of your company accounts (annual accounts cost ₤100 additionally). We can also assist with the installation of security systems, arranging insurance cover for your property, garden and pool maintenance, winterizing and airport pickup for you and your guests. This service costs ₤40 per month within Varna or Veliko Turnovo city boundaries and ₤50 per month outside the city boundaries. The following discounts apply: |

1. 5% discount if annual subscription is paid in full in advance.
2. 5% discount when you extend the management contract for additional year (applied only once).
3. 10% discount for management of 2nd property.
Not all clients wish to subscribe to our full management package so we are able to provide the following services on a one-off basis: |

1. Winterizing of a property. This service costs ₤50.
2. Key-holding service. Many clients simply want to have a representative in Bulgaria that can deal with any emergencies that might arise in their absence. This service costs ₤40 per annum. Should any action be required additional fees would apply depending on scope of actions necessary. |
