Pools
New swimming pools Bulgarian Property Management is able to arrange the building of new swimming pools.
There are some law restrictions regarding pools.
However if the pool is less than 100 cubic meters you won't need permission to build from the local authorities and the pool must be at least 3 metres from the boarder of the plot.
Our company can arrange your design requirements, and your builder etc. We can sign the contracts with the builder on your behalf and supervise the project and payments as to your needs and wants.

Bulgarian Property Management's first pool This pool was designed and built for our clients using one of our local contractors. It is located in a village near Kavarna.
It was built in the summer of 2004. |

| Step one |
Steps - building a pool The first step is to make a hole.
Secondly make a bed of the pool from reinforced water-proof concrete.
Thirdly insulate the walls and floor before tiling
When this is done all the pool equipment has to be put and the work is almost finished.
Following this the patio area is finished around the pool
When that's all done, enjoy! |
